Sanju holds an AMI Assistance to Infancy (0-3) diploma from Montessori Northwest and has been working with young children for over 10 years. She has been a nanny, mother's helper, preschool teacher, assistant, and has held various roles in early childhood education.

She discovered and quickly realized that Montessori is the right fit for her, as she deeply values the larger mission of promoting peaceful humanity while respecting children and encouraging their independence with grace. She has a passion for health and nutrition data and child advocacy. She appreciates the universal acceptance of Montessori and how it shapes one’s way of life and how we view children.

In her free time, she’s always reading, hiking, doing yoga, trying new recipes, volunteering, drinking tea, and exploring new experiences.
